No Internet
Home from work and no broaband. The missus said not working this morning before she left at 10am. Have followed the guidance on the app. Switched off hub, unplugged, waited 5 mins, reconnected everything after checking all connections and.... Still no internet. Laptop & mobiles all connecting but state no internet. Been through this process 3 times now and all I get is another text from Virgin to call them only to go through the whole process again.
