Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with connecting to the internet. have you ensured that the TV is connected to the internet and the details are saved to prevent from having to reconnect every time you switch the TV on, what error codes and messages are you facing?

You've posted in the WiFi section of the forum but referred to a TiVo box in the subject field. Can you check which TV box you have? Use the pictures on the link below if you're not sure...

The legacy TiVo doesn't have wireless, whereas the V6 (which does run TiVo firmware) does.
