To monitor the situation and gather the data, set up a free, secure and “offlsite”  - “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts , latency issues, packet drops, etc - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts.  It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture.

      Hello,

Broadband is now miraculously back up, I am monitoring it via thinkbroadband. I have had complete pack loss on so far, one occasion. I cancelled the engineer visit, however is there anything long term to help not have this reoccurring problem? I do not believe it is an issue with the hub.

      Thanks

      Rob

Hey Rob157, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your connection issues.

If an engineer was needed it sounded like they needed to come and check this out. We will send you a DM to look into this.
