No Internet N17

No Internet as of 30 minutes ago.

No apparent outages in this area.

Solid green light at the bottom of hub, flashing green arrows. Green wifi symbol.

Ran the app and said wait 4 hours, I anticipate waiting longer...

 

Anyone else?

  • More than two weeks for an engineer appointment. This has to be a joke. Will I get refunded for the down period?

    Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

    VM will not send engineers whilst there is an outage.  But 2 weeks?, that's very poor service.

      Hello, 

      I said above, there appears to be no local issues or service problems. I have phoned vm and checked all of the apps.

        Hi Rob157 

        Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any Broadband issues. I can see there was a known local fault, so any engineer visits were automatically cancelled and also that issue is now resolved. Everything should be fixed but please keep us posted if you need further help.
