No broadband for 2 weeks, 3 technicians appointments didn't happen
This service is ridiculous, I've lost my broadband on the 16th January, booked a technician to come and fix it on the 20th, he never came, another one for 23rd, he came but wasn't trained to work on fiber so didn't restore the service, booked another for 28th today but just got a call that there is no one available to come to me and fix my broadband.
I am working from home and have no broadband for almost two weeks, how I suppose to work and earn to pay bills and buy groceries, I am left in the limbo and stuck in ridiculous loop of technicians that never show up, this is absolutely terrible service and customer care, I am with virgin for ages, since it was upc and I can't believe I am treated this way.
