No broadband after a power cut

Hi we had a power cut on 5/6/2025 when the power came back on 655pm we've had no Internet since. 

It says connected without Internet we've rebooted and started the hub again. 

Tried leaving unplugged for a while but still the green lights on. It's flashing every now and then. 

We can't get in touch with anyone at virgin media tried ringing and live chat. 

We've booked an engineer but it's not until 12/6/2025 which means we've had no TV since 655pm 5th June 2025

Can anyone suggest anything thanks

    Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.

    If there are no faults on the service status, you likely have a blown safety isolator on your line. A tech should be able to fix in a few minutes.

      Hi no known faults since power cut on 5th June then the Internet hasn't come back on. Was working no problem before the power cut. We only have the broadband and watch TV via apps. So had no TV since then :(
