Newbie

I had virgin installed on Wednesday, tried to connect my WiFi, and having an absolute mare. The network is not showing up on my laptop. We are both connected on our phones, but nothing on the laptop.....please help

    What you describe is common for an older laptop with a 2.4GHz only Wi-Fi 4 adaptor that is not compatible with the Wi-Fi 6 of a VM Hub 5 or maybe a Hub 5x.

    If this is the case :
    + an updated Wi-Fi driver might be available to try on the laptop
    + or use the laptop connected to the VM Hub via a network cable
    + or a USB dual band Wi-Fi connector could be needed

    If this is not the case fill in the blanks
    + which VM Hub do you have ? 
    + what is the Make & Model of laptop ?

      I have Hub 5

      And it's an older laptop, but I know nothing about drivers etc 😑 it's a Lenovo but not sure about the model

      The network is not coming up for me to forget it though.
