New VM Pod not connecting
Received a white pod from VM today, plugged in to 3 different locations, waited well over an hour at each for the blinking to stop but its not connecting. Reset the hub - no improvement. I read this post earlier:
This seems to be a common issue atm, most likely issue is they havn't added the mac address of the pod to your account. If it doesnt connect to your wifi when you move it close to your hub, then give CS a call and ask if the pods mac address is located to your account, without it it will never connect
I tried setting up the pod in the same room as the hub but no change. If it wasnt frustrating it would be funny - the ever-so-simple setup instructions they provide are seemingly a work of fiction. Just plug it in and wait 10 minutes.
