Network Drop outs sincde changing Mesh system password
I have a Hub 4 in modem mode, working with a Tenda Mesh system, Everything has been working just fine until recently when I changed the network password in the Mesh System. Regular drop outs since, maybe a dozen times a day. I have tried re-starting everything but nothing seems to help.
I am reluctant to do a factory re-set on the Hub because I'd need to put it back into Modem mode. I am presuming it will revert to standard (White light, rather than Green light) mode after I re-set.
I don't have any confidence this will be straighforward and access to the Hub setting via the web address or VM Connect doesn't seem to be working. Is there an alternative?
Any help very gratefully received. I have tried the Chat bot but it is no help with this
