Need help ordering WiFi pods
Hello,
Similar to a lot of other people on this community page, I have found it impossible to order a WiFi pod using the process suggested by Virgin. I am a Virgin media customer and o2 customer so have the VOLT benefits which includes WiFi max free of charge and should include WiFi pods to help with the lack of WiFi signal in my flat. I’ve tried using your help line multiple times and keep getting told to use the Connect App to order the WiFi pods but every time I run the speed test and get the same result of 15 Mbps it takes me to a website to LEARN about WiFi pods.. but no ability to actually order them. Please can someone from Virgin media get in touch with me and help!
