Need help ordering Wifi Max Pod

I need help ordering a WiFi Max pod for my house since I'm only getting 10mbps in a blackspot in my house. The app will not let me for some reason. I currently have a volt package with 1000mbps so I should be eligible for free WiFi Max Pods. Can someone help me ?

    LTuck, there's a post from me a few down from this where I managed to order the first one on Thursday using a different telephone number.

    We're sorry to hear you've been having issues trying to order a WiFi pod to help with your connection issues. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
