Need cable in conduit and box on wall for moved higher

I'm a existing customer and having a new pressed Concrete drive in the summer. The current cabling runs under some chippings from a wall which is also being removed. I basically need a conduit for the cable to run from street to my wall mounted box and this moved higher so it's not in the way. Having the cabling just under the concrete will cause issues later on if i go full fibre.

Ive tried ringing Virgin via the phone but just get moved from department to department. Can You assist with this query

  • The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks for reply .. Ive rang this number previously and never got anywhere with the support team. I'll wait for a VM staff member to get back to me as i seem to spend a lot of time on the phone . lol

    On our wavelength

If it were me, buy/install 63mm green twinwall duct at 25-30cm deep. Don’t take this inside your house, just up to the external wall. When you’re ready for the cable to be moved call VM. £25.

Thanks for you insight and detailed guides . Although I was hoping VM would be able to arrange this for me . Think I'll wait a bit longer and see if VM comes back to this post ..

        Hi JamieS2

Thanks for posting, we can see you have raised this in another thread whilst also being in a Private Message with one of the team. We would ask not to raise multiple threads in regards to the same issue and would ask if you haven't already, raise this via the Private Message thread.

Raising multiple threads for he same query doesn't get the issue resolved sooner and can actually delay and confuse the situation further, we will close this thread but please feel free to ask in regards to this via the Private Messages.
