My virgin media app says it cannot find my hub.
Exactly the same set of issues here: Connect app consistently unable to find the Hub 4 (although it seems to do so momentarily from time to time). The Hub itself is working properly. Neither re-installing nor just turning everything off/on makes any difference. It's not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things but it is irritating and there seems to be no effective solution. Which seems extremely odd. Surely this issue has been reported enough times now for VM to develop a patch for the app.
