Loss of service

Has anyone in the WA3 postcode had everything go off , phone / tv / internet . Went off last night at 19.40 and still nothing.

    We can see there was an outage which has not finished, how has your connection been since?

    More than likely it is a cabinet amplifier failure. It can take up to 24 hours for the local network guys to pre-calibrate & soak test a new one before they can install it on the network.

    Do you have traditional phone line from a wall socket? If so damaged cables are the likely problem.
