IP address blocked

Hi, yesterday the IP address for my Hostek hosted sites and my email appears to have been blocked by Virgin Media - the address is [REMOVED]
I can access this on 3 other (non-VM) networks and have tested with 4 computers connected to VM though my router, one connected by ethernet and 3 machines via WiFi, all with the same result (2x Linux, Windows 7 and Windows 11).
Am guessing this address has been firewalled as a hostile address.

How can i get [REMOVED] unblocked?
All other sites: BBC, Google, Facebook, youtube etc.. work fine with good speeds.

Spent nearly 2 hours trying to get through to support today - finally gave up.

Specifying the pop3 port gives the same output:
      "traceroute -T -O info -p 110 [REMOVED]"
"ping [REMOVED]" gives 100% packet loss
"ping [REMOVED]" and "ping [REMOVED]" are fine.

From Zen, the pop3 traceroute reaches [REMOVED] and "ping [REMOVED]" works.

"ping [REMOVED]", "ping [REMOVED]" and "ping [REMOVED]" are fine with no packet loss.

..so does this mean Coreix (109.70.141.131) might be the problem, not VM?
