Internets been down over a week, tech visit said I dont have an apparent mac address and will email the network team, still waiting with no updates still,

Raise a formal written complaint via the Myvmo2 account and also ensure that you receive compensation for the total loss of service

Update,
Box was replaced and worked for 3 days, now the exact same red flashing and no Internet, beyond frustrating, customer service dont seem bothered either after a total of 5 hours on the phone,
Knew I shouldn't have swapped from BT
Seriously considering an ombudsman complaint
