Internet down over a week

Internets been down over a week, tech visit said I dont have an apparent mac address and will email the network team, still waiting with no updates still, 

What can I do?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any service issues. I can see we've sorted the issue out with an engineer visit but I'll pop you a PM now to box the other issue off. Best wishes.

    Box was replaced and worked for 3 days, now the exact same red flashing and no Internet,  beyond frustrating, customer service dont seem bothered either after a total of 5 hours on the phone,

    Knew I shouldn't have swapped from BT
