I need a new hub

After a recent thunderstorm, I realised that all but one of the ethernet sockets on my Hub 3 are not working. I've restarted the Hub several times and reset it to factory settings after a full power down and restart.

I've switched my desktop PC (which is ethernet connected) from socket to socket and I only get a network connection on one socket. WiFi seems ok.

I am tech savvy enough to fit a new Hub if I could get sent one.

Can one of the forum staff help?

Thanks

If a thunderstorm caused damage to your hub you need a tech to come round and replace the isolator.

I've restarted the Hub several times and reset it to factory settings after a full power down and restart.

The full factory reset process is:

    1) Press & hold RESET for 60 seconds.
    2) Leave the Hub powered on to complete the reset.

Are you sure the hub is not in modem mode?

seems odds these thunderstorms cause so many problems with the hub maybe best to get a surge protector

The hub isn't in modem mode. The light on my surge protector that tells you it's working went out at the same time :(
