    Could you try one of the other ports?

    Just to confirm there is nothing connected to the other ports on the HUB?

Use the below command in an app called 'PowerShell' to find the MAC address on your laptop:

Get-WmiObject win32_networkadapterconfiguration | select description, macaddress

    Interesting! Would ipconfig /all provide each adaptor's mac address also (physical address)?
