Hub Speed test

I am a new customer trying to test hub speed using the app, keeps saying unable to test hub speed ?

    The Connect app is flaky, we abandoned it years ago.

    Use the link below to test the service speed to the VM Hub and the speed of your device

    Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
