Hub Flashing Red

My router has been flashing red this evening and not providing any WiFi service to the devices at home. I’ve tried restarting it and running the VM diagnostic tests both online and via phone support, however no faults have been identified and I can’t seem to get through to a human via phone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers..
