Hub 5x Not broadcasting 2.4ghz WiFi

Hi all, I've been a customer for around three months and I'm not going to lie it's been fairly rocky so far.

I've come home from work today and none of my IOT devices are connected. I'd split my 5 & 2.4 gig networks and was using the 2.4 for IOT only. As of this afternoon, there is no 2.4ghz broadcasting. I've tried factory resetting the router but nothing. The wired connections and 5g are fine. I work in IT and have a few network scanning tools and nothing at all on 2.4 from this even when I'd reset it and both networks had the same SSID. I'm assuming at this point that its a hardware failure.I'm at a loss, Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

    Firstly call it in on the “faults” line - on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). Use option 2 (faults), dont press any other buttons when offered and you should be in the queue for the next agent.  See what they have to say.

    You could also think about just switching the Hub wifi off completely and getting your own better quality equipment.
