Hub 4 Wi-Fi constantly not working

Hi, how the heck does one get someone from virgin to talk to? My Wi-Fi continually keeps dropping out on all devices, but also wired devices stop working. It’s a hub 4 and it’s rubbish. I have factory reset over and over, unplugged from the wall, switched on and off and disconnected everything numerous times to add it all again… I need an engineer or a new one sending out. Anyone know how I get that please?

      Speed through to the hub is 1145mb also modem test keeps having an issue, says it’s unavailable
