Hub 4 stuck
Hi All,
My Hub 4 isn't connecting to the internet
It flashes white, then blue, then goes off and then starts again.
Virgin can send an engineer on Friday but I work from home 90% of the time so this is an issue.
I've read a hard restart may fix but I'm cautious as wouldn't virgin tell me to do that if it's the correct course of action, or is it just they prefer send an engineer?
Looking for advice on whether I should try a hard reset and if so how do I do it?
