HUB 4 reqiures rebooting, and we keep getting emails telling us we have connection issues.
HI All. Been a VM cusomer since teh days of "Telewest" , great broadband speeds and normally quite stable but within last 6 months my HUB 4 frequently drops the 5Ghz Wifi & ethernet drops to unusable speeds and eventually disconnects. The HUB requires hard rebooting. Normally Weekends . We are also constantly getting messages and emails from VM telling us we have a connection issue ?? Normally we are fine. Our network is a busy family home environment with mutiple phones , TV's , PCs Xbox etc I'd consider myself PC Internet savvy, but frustratingly annoying having to reboot the HUB every week or so.
