Same issue.. had new hub 4 for a few days, can't believe how noisy it is the fan runs all the time and the unit always feels hot. It's in an open space and it worries me how hot the unit is and why the fan runs constantly and so noisily!! Or last him was so quiet, even when the fan came in. I hate this unit and having been forced to have it in Not Happy..
Have you called it in on the faults line as its a safety issue. I would switch it off and unplug it when the house is empty or you are asleep
