Click on the Settings (cog) icon in the top right hand corner. On the next screen, under the App Settings section click on My Account. On the following screen click on Sign Out.

Thank you for your prompt reply. On the VM Connect app, there is no 'Sign Out' button but there is a 'Sign In As A Different User' button. When I pressed this button, I was offered the option to use my Virgin Media login details for the VM Connect app. I accepted and the app then logged out. I do not know what other option was available. I found the 'help' pages unhelpful so returned to the forum. What other alternative login process is available?

Just remove the app altogether. It does nothing but cause problems.

Well, the VM Connect app did enable me to get a wifi pod. I will now have to see if the wifi pod improves wifi in a bedroom. I have now managed to sign out and sign back in again. If I do not use the app after the pod is installed, or if it causes problems, I will delete it.

Just be aware the Pods do not go in a Wifi weak spot. They should be placed about halfway between the weak spot and the Hub. The Pods need to communicate with the Hub, so if they are in a Wifi weak spot they will not work.
