Histon Cambridge

For the past 7 mornings the Virgin Internet service in the Cambridge Histon area has been down until around 9 am. 

It's now 9:20 am and still no connection.

I pay good money for this connection, need it for my work and there have been no notifications. 

What on earth are Virgin up to?

      That second number is no longer operational. 

      The first number just confirms that the Internet connection is down. 

      They must be up to something given the connection being down for 12 hours or so every day for the past week.

        Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any issues with the Broadband. We have checked this for you and can see a ticket was closed yesterday regarding a fault in the area, reference number F011795197 and everything should now be back to normal.
