Help with ordering WiFi Pods

I am have similar issues. I have being done scans to assess the quality of the wifi and it is clearly weaker in some areas and occasionally drops out in others. I have followed the guidance in the app but seem to just end up going round in a circle and not being able to order a wifi pod.
