Flashing Red Light on Hub 5x

My hub 5x is displaying a flashing red light today.  I've switched it off for a few minutes and turned it back on and also pressed the reset button underneath. 

Before I go through the pain of reporting this, is it possible that it could have anything to do with today's global outage?

    No, whilst the outage on Friday didn't affect customer services, parts of our website and online services were affected.
