I am having issues with my hub3, dropping packets, bufferbloat, random restarts.
I've tried factory reset etc but having lots of problems. The worse being random reboots and the bufferbloat.
Id like to have it replaced, it's old and unreliable. I struggle phoning customer servuces due to being autistic, so hope perhaps a mod here can help.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your hub. We can see that we've already spoken to you via Facebook regarding this. As a team, we work across all Social Media platforms.
