Faulty hub3 replaced with hub4
So my hub 3 had a permanent red light. Customer services said there was a fault and would send me a replacement. It's arrived as promised but is a hub4. That's not an issue for me but wondered if I was likely to be charged for this as I thought hub free upgrades were only given on high speed packages. No charge was mentioned by customer services. Has anyone else had this?
