Faulty Hub 4 and 5 not delivered
I have a hub 4 which keeps dropping internet every minute. I can’t access the router settings via 168 etc as shows white screen. This is a common fault and I’ve done resets. I’ve been promised a new hub 5 via the Virgin whats app chat twice now and it’s been over a week and they keep saying it’ll come 1-2 days. I haven’t received any emails and nothing on the orders page so I think I’m being lied to. Virgin are out of contract by not providing the service and I’d like my hub 5 delivered ASAP please or I’ll leave
