Facing issues with delayed Wi-Fi connection

My wifi used to connect almost instantly on startup. Recently it has started taking 1 min after startup before it will connect automatically. It can connect instantly manually by either unchecking and checking "connect automatically" or by hitting "connect". It just wont do it automatically without a long delay. I am on Windows 10 Home, Version 20H2, build 19042.1165. The following is a list of things I have tried once or many times

Do you mean startup of the Hub? Leave it on.

I believe this is the computer or laptop that re-connects to the Wi-Fi one minute after start up,
    which is not unusual.

If the start up time is a real concern have a look in the Windows Task Manager > Start-up tab, perhaps there programs that don't need to be launched every time the computer / laptop is turned on.

But be careful, find out exactly what a startup task is before disabling it.

Would be helpful if we actually had the list of "things I have tried" ...  e.g. was it tested in Safe Mode with Networking ?
