Engineer meant to install boosters but text said work would be external

Hi,

Got VM about a month ago. WiFi bad in kitchen so engineer booked to come and install booster.

Got text yesterday to say work would be external and no need to be in.

Do we think wrong sort of visit booked?

Did online chat with VM who said engineer is coming. They didn’t seem to be able to distinguish between visit type.

Any suggestions? Would really just like to speak to a human!

    Normally the Pod would be sent to you by Yodel, it doesn't need a technician to install. By the way, it's an extender, it doesn't boost the signal.

    Thanks for posting in regards to your recent experience speaking to the team around your wireless network issues, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    As advised, Pod orders are usually completed via courier, they don't require a technician so it seems strange you were advised one was booked. We can see though that you have been back in contact with the team and a resolution offered.
