Email regarding hub upgrade

We’ve just received an email stating that we are using an old hub & we need to upgrade to the latest hub at no cost.  It then shows a button with order now link to click.

The trouble is, when we click on the link it asks for postage code & the name on the account it goes through the checks then states there’s no issues.  But there’s no where that states to order the new hub upgrade 🤔

Can anyone give any advice please?
