Email change loop

So, I tried a while ago to change my VM account login email address, it failed but was changed by one of the Mod's on here, but now when I go into look at my account settings, I cant do anything because I see :

My sign in details

You’ve requested to change the email address you use to sign in, to xxxx.yyyy@email.com. Please check your inbox and spam folders for the email we sent, asking you to confirm this change. Once confirmed, you’ll be able to make further account changes.

But the email even if re-sent says expired so I cant do anything!

Any ideas??
