Don't have any of our account details and Customer service is no help

I'm in a situation where we don't know what any of our account details are and have no documentation that has them. No account number, No name on the account, no letters through the door, no emails. I've been trying to call customer support for any kind of support as I want to keep being a virgin media customer but they're absolutely no help and just brick walling me at every opportunity over the phone.
