"DHCP RENEW WARNING" - Internet disconnecting for 5-10 seconds every 10-15 mins

Within the past 4-5 weeks my internet has started to drop when gaming in particular and it has become unbarable to use. Here is the key information. Connection drops for 5-10 seconds perhaps 5-10x ...
