Can't order a wifi pod after signing in to Virgin Media.

Could someone please advise me how to go about this? I have a new smart tv in the bedroom and the wifi test on it is very slow. 

Its having to pick up a signal between 3 walls so its struggling at the far point in the house.

I am on the 1g package. When i go to wifi pod page on VM its asking me to sign in and then just takes me back to the homepage.

    The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property.  When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod.  If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you. Up to 3 Pods are free on the 1Gb tier, however only one is supplied initially.  Also the Hub must be as "out of the box" for the Pods to work, i.e. no split SSID's etc.

    Cheers the app says its ok in the room but im getting around 70-80mb. No split SSID's and router in router mode. Other rooms im getting 500-600 which is great so it must be just that black spot.

    I will see what VM say.

      VM only guarantee 30Mb over Wifi, so that speed is still within the guarantee.  However, yes, push for the free Pod anyway.  If they don't supply one, just buy a Wifi extender you can keep if you ever move ISP.
