I have scanned several rooms in my house and they have come up with poor-none. The app is telling me to order a wifi pod to increase the signal in said rooms but I cannot find a way to. Over the phone has been a bit confusing for me as I haven't been able to speak with a real person yet. I was wondering if there was another method.
A VM person should pick this up and offer to help.
If your contract includes free pods, you won't have to pay. If it doesn't there are better and much cheaper ways to improve Wi-Fi without paying VM their £8 every month
