Can't click on update

Hi, for the last month or two when I turn on my TV I get a message asking to do a system update. For some reason it won't let me click on update. Plus I'm losing connection every so often, very annoying. An engineer called next door so asked him and he did mention that I'm on an old hub 3. Been a member for 8 months now. Any advice welcome, ta.

  • Thank you, it was the TV remote. Hopefully this might help with my connection issues but can't see it. Thank you once again Adduxi

    Is it the TV or your VM box that is asking for the update?  This "confusion" has happened before.  Try using the TV remote to click on the update rather than any VM remote.
