Can't access milkandmore.co.uk from Virgin broadband - works on VPN/phone, DNS problem?

My milkman is on milkandmore.co.uk, worked fine until Monday, now I can't access that DNS name from inside Virgin broadband. I can look it up fine with different DNS servers e.g. 1.1.1.1, using nslookup, and any other network connection that doesn't use 194.168.8.100, the VM one. 

Has anyone else noticed this or a similar problem since 17 Feb ? I note that the milkandmore.co.uk DNS entry was updated around 9am on 17 Feb, so that could be the problem, but I can't think of a way to check. In any case, it's only a problem for VM, not other DNS servers!!

    Just give it a few days for the VM DNS servers to catch up ......  Or just manually set your device to use 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

      Yea, that's kinda what I thought, not sure why VM's is so slow... or maybe I am!

        Are you able to now connect to the website with the advice kindly offered here or are you still having issues?

        If not, do you only get this issue on one device or do you find this happens on all devices?

    No problem accessing the site using my VM internet connection
