Hi John,

Ive got VM coming out again today this is the last chance to sort it out then I’m moving to SKY, I’m so done. They sent me a wifi pod out and I cannot get the damn thing to connect. 
I know what you mean about a tier 1/2 provider but that sort of money a month is not an option at the moment. 
So after you’ve looked at the stats is there any fault anywhere?

Your stats looked ok - the BQM didnt - what did today's Tech visit do ?
