Cannot enable 2.4GHz on Hub 4

My Ring doorbell stopped working yesterday. As it only works on 2.4GHz, I checked my router and the band was disabled. I followed guidance from here but it keeps reverting to disabled. I have reboote...

    Well, it seemed there were a few Virgin issues in the area at the time of my own issue. As soon as they were resolves, my Hub 4 resolved itself, too. Everything is all good again 🤷‍♂️
