Cancel new hub

Yesterday I had a problem with getting online. I went through one of your links and ordered a new hub but subsequently got the old one to work. I DO NOT want the new hub, I want to keep the old one running. Please, someone speak to me.

    Sorry to hear that you've had issues contacting us regarding cancelling your Hub order. You can request this to be returned to sender either via the Yodel website or by refusing the delivery when it arrives.
