Can I get a hub 4?

I have a hub 3, I’d like to get a hub 4. Will Virgin provide one? Where do I ask?

    What would the 4 do that the 3 can't? If you are sub Gig1 then you are probably better off putting the 3 in modem mode and using your own better networking kit.

    Hey markflh, thank you for reaching out and as mentioned A HUB4 is for certain speeds if you aren't on these speeds and get a HUB4 you wouldn't benefit from it. 

    Are you having some issues with your HUB3?
