Can’t book an engineer
Botton doesn’t do anything. Been trying the whole day.
First time using Virgin, already off to a great start… took ages to create my account and link it now this.
Any idea how to resolve.

As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up. If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.
"Bumping" a thread will only put it to the back of the queue again btw.
