Cable replacement- delay by virgin media
I am experiencing unstable internet connection . Not getting even minimum gauranteed speed. Raised complaint on June 7th. Engineer who came checked said cable need to be replaced outside property and booked appointment for the same. Appointment got rescheduled 3 time and till now my issue not fixed. Speed is horrible. Next appointment to repull cable on 23rd July not sure if they will complete it. Any advise how to escalate and get this issue fixed. No use of calling help line they simply stating appointment in scheduled/ rescheduled.
