Broken coax port

I can't speak to anybody for love nor money so I'm posting here. I need a new Hub because the coax port seems to have broken inside the router. The automated system is driving me crazy and the text they send me just says expired link.

      The automated service just tells me my hub is disconnected, please reconnect your hub. I'm glad we could help you, goodbye. It's driving me crazy honestly, I can see the port is broken because it's so loose and doesn't feel like it's connected to anything inside the hub.

        A VM person should pick this up in due course and offer to send a technician. 

        If the Hub was damaged and not VM's fault they might charge you for a replacement.
