We set up virgin last week to take effect from tomorrow to then get a message from VM saying there is an account active 🤨 contacted landlord to contact previous tenant but they havnt cancelled. I need this set up for my mother and very important for medical reasons.
Called VM to be fobbed off and told she can't have it till the old tenant cancels and to go else where if I need to get her online. Both gutted and disappointed.
